Creating new value from chestnuts
touching the world with "natural sweetness".

Takuriya continues to explore the possibilities of chestnuts by blending inherited traditional flavors with modern food culture, elevating them beyond seasonal ingredients to introduce globally new forms of deliciousness that embody contemporaneity, innovation, and international appeal.

The authentic origin where Tianjin Ganli grows

In China's Qinglong County, Wangchang Town, there is a cultivation base for high-quality sweet chestnuts.
Tianjin sweet chestnuts, which are beloved in Japan, are indeed cultivated in this very region.
Takuriya directly signs procurement contracts with local farmers and implements strict quality control from cultivation to harvest. Additionally, it has established dedicated refrigerated storage facilities on-site to maintain the optimal freshness of the purchased sweet chestnuts.

Takuriya will continue to

Delving into excellent chestnut-producing regions and integrating them with modern processing techniques
Develop a wider variety of chestnut products that maximize the natural sweetness
・Focusing on Tokyo × Asia × the world, we aim to share the deliciousness and cultural value of chestnuts.

We will continue to cherish and move forward with these.
Takuriya is not just a chestnut specialty shop.
A creative food brand that draws inspiration from chestnuts to create new possibilities in cuisine.

Gao Li Yu (Shandong) Food Co., Ltd. is the first self-established factory by Takakuri Co., Ltd. in mainland China.
We consistently manage and supervise all processes from the procurement, storage, and processing of sweet chestnuts, implementing rigorous quality control to ensure every batch shipped to Japan meets the highest standards.

Additionally, we have implemented a quality management system based on Japanese standards (HACCP standards), and in our processing workshop located in Tokyo, all aspects—hygiene management, temperature control, and roasting processes—are operated in accordance with HACCP standards.
From the birth of a single chestnut to its delivery to customers, every process adheres to the principle of "safety × quality × stability" in manufacturing.

The
twelve
principles
that
govern
us

Entrepreneurs eat twelve chestnuts every morning.
It is not just to confirm the quality, but also a small ritual to face the gifts of nature and prepare for the day.
When the sweetness of chestnuts gently spreads, behind it lies the breath of the earth.
The craftsmanship of artisans and the passage of seasons are embodied in it.
Only what satisfies our own taste is offered to our customers. This belief forms the foundation of our brand, and the love poured into each piece of chestnut delicacy gently fills someone's heart.
Today, I enjoyed twelve chestnuts and nurtured tomorrow's harvest.
